Southern Tier IT Services has its roots in Lockport, NY, where our parent company, JiffSoft, LLC – a premier software development firm – was established in January 2011. From the beginning, we have been committed to providing exceptional technology solutions, growing steadily in expertise and clientele. Our dedication to excellence and innovation soon necessitated a move to accommodate our expanding operations.
In 2017, we relocated to the picturesque town of Cuba, NY, a decision driven by our desire to serve the Southern Tier region more effectively. This move marked a significant milestone, allowing us to deepen our community engagement and broaden our service offerings. We continued to build our reputation for reliability and technical prowess, solidifying our presence in the area.
Our journey took another exciting turn on the evening of Friday, June 17, 2022, during the first Cuba Dairy Days concert. We proudly opened our doors on Main Street as Southern Tier IT Services, embracing our new identity and expanded capabilities. Our grand opening coincided with this beloved local event, symbolizing our commitment to being an integral part of the community. Since then, we have continued to innovate and expand, always focused on simplifying technology to meet the unique needs of our clients.
